As many of you know, the EU just finished collecting comments on revising their Tobacco Products Directive. Several of the requested comments deal directly with THR, and others do so indirectly. Some just called for some common sense. We are attaching the comments we submitted to this post as a matter of record and because I think most of our readers will find them to be a good read. We have created a file that includes the EU’s background and questions (in grey) with our responses embedded (in black) so that it is easier to follow if you are not so familiar with the questions.
